【Deposit in Hong Kong dollars】 1.Deposit to China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch
Traders who use bank securities transfer service of China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch should make deposit through China Merchants Bank online banking.
1.Login to China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch Personal Banking;
2.Click “Bank securities transfer” “All-in-One Securities Trading Account”, select Takung AE, enter deposit amount and trading password, then you can select “OK” at your choice;
3.The following confirmation message appears, click "OK" button;
4.The following confirmation message appears, click "OK" button.
Note: Traders that deposit funds within trading hours can check the deposit information by logging in to the trading client of Takung AE on the same day.
【Deposit in Hong Kong dollars】 2.Deposit to Hong Kong Dollar Banks Other than China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch
1、Traders can transfer funds from the Hong Kong dollar bank card account linked with Takung AE to Hong Kong dollar bank account of Takung AE (Enquiries of HKD beneficiary bank information can be made through "Traders’ Lounge"). After deposit is made, please keep the deposit slip properly.
2、Traders deposit Hong Kong dollars through “Traders’ Lounge”:
（1）After fund deposit, traders can login to the website of Takung AE (www.takungae.com), click “Traders’ Lounge” to access the login interface.
（2）Login to Traders’ Lounge, click “deposit management” – “Deposit” button;
（3）Enter deposit amount, deposit time, upload deposit slip, click “Submit application” button;
（4）After making deposit, traders can click “Deposit enquiry” to view the deposit status. The status will be changed to "Successful", which means the deposit is credited to the trader's capital account at Takung.
【Deposit in RMB】 1.Bank transfer
1、Traders can transfer funds from RMB savings account linked with Takung AE to RMB beneficiary bank designated by you for us to accept your deposit (Enquiries on RMB beneficiary bank information can be made through "Traders’ Lounge" of Takung AE). Please keep your deposit slip properly.
2、After completion of fund transfer, you can login to the website of Takung AE “Trader Zone” or the client for enquiry.
In case traders cannot find the deposit record, deposit appeal can be made through "Traders’ Lounge", enter deposit amount, deposit time, upload the deposit slip and click "Submit Application" button;
4.After the application is submitted, click the "Deposit Appeal Enquiry" to check the status of the deposit appeal. The status will be changed to "Successful", which means the deposit is credited to the trader's trading account.
【Deposit in RMB】 2.Internet banking - recharging through Ping An gateway
Traders can use Ping An gateway payment function to recharge e-account.
1.Login to Traders’ Lounge, click “Deposit/Recharge” button;
2.Select Internet banking, and enter the recharging amount, after confirmation, click next step;
3.The following confirmation message appears, click "Login to Internet Banking" button
4.For traders who use a debit card, select "Personal Debit Card", then select the corresponding bank according to your debit card issuing bank, then click "Pay" button to login to Internet banking of the debit card issuing bank.
5.After the recharging is completed, the following information will appear to show fund recharging is successful.
【Deposit in RMB】 3.Quick payment
Traders can re-charge e-account through the use of the quick payment function.
1.Login to the Traders’ Lounge, click “Deposit/Recharge” button;
2.Select Quick Payment, and enter the recharging amount, after confirmation, click next step;
3.The following confirmation message appears, click "Activate" button
4.Enter the correct Union Pay card number and information, click “Activate”.
5.After activation, click back to return to the merchant.
6.Successful link up with bank! Click "noted" for quick payment operations.
7.Confirm deposit amount, select the opening bank, click "Next"
8.After you have received your verification code, click Recharge.
9.After the recharging is completed, the following information will appear to show fund recharging is successful.
1.Withdrawal through Takung AE Client
1.Login to Takung AE client
2. Under "Outward transfer" function, after filling in the amount of outward transfer of funds and the trading password, click "OK" button, you can complete the withdrawal operation.
2.Withdrawal through “Traders’ Lounge”:
1.Login to the website of Takung AE (www.takungae.com), login to “Traders’ Lounge”, click “withdrawal” button;
2.Enter withdrawal amount and trading password, click “Submit application” button;
1.Deposit remittance methods
1. Electronic remittance methods include: Online banking remittance, Mobile banking remittance, Ping An Gateway Quick Payment
2. Counter remittance channels include: Remittance at counter with bank card

2. When you make deposit through electronic remittance methods or counter remittance methods, please make sure to fill in the following information in the remarks of remittance information:
(1) Your name;
(2) Your trading account number;
(3) The bank card account used for remittance.
Note: The above information must match the information you use for registration when you open a trading account with us.
3.Deposit remittance verification time
(2) We do not support cash remittance (including ATM remittance, cash remittance at counter). If you still insist on using cash remittance, we are unable to complete the deposit process for you.
(3) Any loss incurred by you in connection with the situation in (1) or (2) above shall be borne by you and irrelevant to Takung AE.
